The AMC Worcester Chapter
The AMC Worcester Chapter carries out the mission of the Appalachian Mountain Club in the County of Worcester, Massachusetts. The Appalachian Mountain Club is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to fostering the protection, enjoyment, and understanding of the outdoors. Of the AMC’s 12 chapters, Worcester is one of the largest. The chapter is run 100% by volunteers who organize hundreds of outings covering a wide range of activities throughout New England. We hike, bike, camp, rock climb, paddle, and ski. We offer educational programs, family and social activities, and do conservation activities such as trail work and park clean-up. Join AMC!
