Proposed By-Law Changes:
Summary of By-Laws changes:
Article IV, Section 1: Removed references to At-Large members.
Article IV, Section 7: Clarified that the ExecComm is elected by majority vote of the Chapter membership.
Article IV, Section 13: Replaced "written notice" with notice since we now communicate primarily via electronic channels.
Article V, Section 4: Clarified the Treasurer's responsibilities.
Article VII, Section 1: Removed requirement to review the By-laws every 5 years as we, in practice, review them more frequently as important developments warrant.
Article VII, Section 2: Bylaw amendments shall also be communicated via other forms of communication; e.g, the Chapter Web site, and not limited to the Annual Meeting Notice or the Chapter newsletter.
